Our Mind is a Garden
Our Mind is a Garden
Our minds are like gardens—what we plant, we will harvest. Whatever we nurture in our thoughts will manifest in our physical reality. Just as planting seeds of tomatoes or marijuana results in their growth, planting thoughts of wealth and abundance will lead to a rich and fulfilling life.
We must be mindful gardeners, consciously choosing what we plant in our minds. Our thoughts shape our lives, so by controlling our thinking, we take control of our destiny. It’s essential to consistently cultivate our mental garden, being aware of the seeds we sow. We must weed out any thoughts that hinder our evolution and elevation—those that do not contribute to holistic wealth.
The Bible speaks to this idea in Genesis 2:15:
“The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.”
Just as God put Adam in the Garden to cultivate and care for it, we too must work on our minds. The mind is designed to be our paradise, but it requires effort to maintain. Just as Adam was tasked with cultivating the physical garden, we are tasked with cultivating the garden of our minds to create a life that reflects our highest potential.
The word “kindergarten” comes from the German words kinder and garten, meaning “children’s garden.” This reflects the truth that our minds, like gardens, must be cared for and cultivated from an early age. It’s up to us to plant seeds that will bear fruit in the form of growth, abundance, and success. Our mind is a garden.
